James Prochaska's Research from Rhode Island University, proved that exercise once a week, led to people smoking less, being more patient with their Family and Workmates, using their credit cards less, being more cautious around food, the whole nine yards.
Interestingly, Children who ate their meals with their Family were more confident, better at doing their homework, scored higher and were able to manage their emotions better. Another, people who make their beds are more productive, manage their budget better, and feel a greater sense of Well Being.
How Peculiar - Making your bed makes you more financially responsible, eating with your family makes you score better and exercising makes you smoke less. All of these habits are completely unrelated to the changes they cause, but they do happen - Predictably. These are Keystone Habits.
